The International Landscape Biennial is formed by an executive committee, a scientific committee and a technical team. The institutions that belong to the executive commission are the Official College of Architects of Catalonia (COAC) and the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC). The Landscape Office (OP) as a representative of the COAC, together with the School of Architecture of Barcelona (ETSAB) in the UPC delegation, are the main organizers.

The scientific committee is composed by different professionals who have contributed with their projects and personal experience in order to position the Biennial as a world landmark of the landscape architecture. The members of the committee are rotating according to the edition, but the restless and self-critical spirit of the members is common. One of its main tasks is to reinvent the contents and formats of each Biennial in order to offer topics of debate of great importance and interest, inviting speakers who are at the forefront in the professional, teaching and research worlds. The professional who promoted the world of the Biennial was Rosa Barba, an architect's doctor at ETSAB and a director of the Master's Degree of Landscaping studies at ETSAB.

There is a technical team formed by members linked to national and international schools of architecture and landscaping, who are the responsible of the organitzation of the event (the  pop up green, the symposium) and also of the dissemination of all events, exhibitions ...

The success growth of the International Landscape Biennial is due to the different institutions that have supported the project: Barcelona City Council, Barcelona Provincial Council (DIBA) and Barcelona Metropolitan Area (AMB); All have contributed to highlight the international dimension of the initiative, generating relationships between professionals, schools ... We must also highlight the help of our sponsors who year after year, with more or less reiteration, have trusted our project by contributing their grain of sand.

An important part of the Biennial's team are all the volunteers. They  are students or alumni of landscape masters, agricultural schools, architecture studios ... They collaborate in the implementation of the pop-up green and with the organization of the symposium .  Highlighting the effort made by the students of the MAP and MBLandArch master, and ETSAB students.
