Bronowice - project o a model housing estate above the stream

The subject of the study is the development of the area located in Cracow for a model housing estate of single-family buildings. The purpose of this project is to define the urban standards for a housing estate and single-family buildings, and also to perform functional landscaping of the area including the local spatial development plan where the area is intended for residential buildings. The new project pays attention to the hisForczektory, topography, and nature, also with respect to guardian spirit of a place.
