Giulia Zantedeschi is a research fellow working on the HelpFood 4.0 project (funded by EIT Food) and on food and landscape issues. She graduated in Construction Engineering and Architecture from the University of Trento with a thesis on the valorisation of the Adige River for the city of Verona.
