Professor at the Architecture and Urbanism School at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (FAU / UFRJ). Graduated in Architecture and Urbanism from the University of Amazônia (2002), Master's in History at the Federal University of Pará (2009) and Ph.D. in Urbanism at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2014). His research theme is urban history and urban health, with an emphasis on low-income urban housing, especially in slums and low-income areas.
