Anuradha Mathur és arquitecta i paisatgista, professora a Landscape Architecture Department, University of Pennsylvania. Autora en col·laboració amb el seu soci Dilip da Cunha de Mississippi Floods: Designing a Shifting Landscape (2001), Deccan Traverses: the Making of Bangalore’s Terrain (2006) i Soak: Mumbai in an Estuary (2009), i co-editora de Design in the Terrain of Water (2014). Durant 2011 i 2012 Mathur i da Cunha portaren a terme el simposi titulat In the Terrain of Water amb seu a PennDesign. (http://terrain.design.upenn. edu/about). Durant 2013/2014 dirigeixen l’equip de PennDesign pel projecte Structures of Coastal ResilienceK gràcies a la Rockefeller Foundation (www.structuresofcoastalresilience.org).
