This innovative paradigm of "business + park + city" presents a more vital business form, redefines the value of the third living space in the city, and drives regional renewal through local culture and sustainable diversified practices. Its landscape design not only serves commercial functions, but also emphasizes natural ecology, entertainment life and social value, becoming an important urban public space in the northern region of Beijing.
Through the past year, the Super Hopson has shown strong customer appeal and received many praises. The design of "commercial and natural integration" and the all-weather "park-style shopping experience" are popular among citizens. The project breaks through the closed box-style space layout of the traditional commercial complex in design. Through the three-dimensional park ring, the commercial space is organically integrated with the participatory natural scene to create an innovative form of "multi-subject commercial park"; it overcomes the seasonal restrictions of the northern climate on outdoor business, and adopts convertible landscape devices and intelligent temperature control technology to achieve four-season operation; technically breaks through the building load restrictions, adopts lightweight planting systems and modular landscape components; at the same time, it incorporates the concept of sponge city, and solves the problem of rainwater management in commercial areas through permeable paving and sunken green space. Beijing Super Heshenghui breaks through the traditional shopping mall model with the concept of "three-dimensional diversified commercial park". The design utilizes the challenges of the vertical space function of the project, attempts to create a flexible conversion space, and strives to make the project as a whole like a three-dimensional large park, breaking the boundaries between various functions. People are given considerable attention as the main body of the space. Aiming at the life and activities of the flow of people around the dome commercial core area, a flowing vortex-like park ring space is formed. The public open plane layout and the open and transparent dynamic park scene design enhance the vitality of the space, provide more possibilities for enriching the business operation form and the activities that occur inside, and also bring sustainable operation time to the business. People can freely use the rich and diversified adventure and activity space all day long. Intelligent technology light and shadow art creates an immersive experience at night and prolongs the vitality of the commercial night economy. Natural light and wind, combined with the flow of electronic technology art, activate the communication and interaction between people, space and time. At the same time, the integration of natural healing scenes and sponge city technology is introduced. Local weather-resistant plants reduce maintenance costs while alleviating the heat island effect. In terms of design, the park reserves a moderate amount of "space", and the dynamically variable theme green space and light and shadow art installations create an immersive entertainment and sports experience.
