PhD in Architecture | Master in Urban Design | Architect | with more than 20 years of experience in architectural and urban projects that have been awarded, such as the urban project on the Central Coast of Venezuela after the natural disasters of 1999 [National Architecture Award and Mention of Honor to the Best Urban Project at the Caracas Biennale, 2001]

Since 2001 he combines professional activities with teaching and academic research at universities in Venezuela, Colombia and Italy.
