After her graduation in 1987 (İTÜ), she completed her MA at the Department of Restoration (İTÜ) with her advisor Professor Dr. Doğan Kuban. Her thesis entitled “The StructuralAnalysis of the Ancient City of Antalya – Perga, The Southern Turkish Bath.”
In 1994, with Deniz Aslan founded DS Architecture to focus on landscape architecture and documentation. She experimented with the survey methods developed by DS to use 3D optical measurements in a format that can be integrated into architectural drawings.
