Bexley Park Redevelopment

Bexley and Aranui are suburbs with a long history, the community was united, and they consistently contribute to local planting. Multiple natural disasters damaged Bexley and Aranui: earthquakes from 2010-2011 and numerous flooding events in the past 20 years (Christchurch City Council, 2014); as a result, many areas in Bexley and Aranui are unprogrammed or underused today. However, these areas provide the opportunity for Bexley and Aranui to improve the local community's wellbeing, showing New Zealand and further-reaching parts of the world how strong their community be.
