Born Martigny-les-Bains (France), 1950. Studied History and Geography at Nancy and Landscape Architecture at the E.N.S.P. of Versailles. From 1974 to 1980 he has worked as a free landscape architect and in 1981 he founded with Laurence Vachelort the studio Latitude Nord. Since 1994 he has been a lecturer at the Normandy School of Architecture.
