Frits van Loon (1966) is a landscape architect and graduated in 1992 with a plan for the northern edge of Rotterdam (3rd prize in Archiprix). He has been working at HOSPER since 1999 and has been co-owner of the agency since 2001. As operational head of the agency, his most important role is the formation of the design concept. This role has allowed him to work on many projects, including Groningen Meerstad, Hageveld, Joannes de Doper and Heerhugowaard Broekhorn. In addition, he is guest lecturer at the WUR, the University of Wageningen, Van Hall Larenstein and the Academy of Civil Engineering.
