Sophie Balas is the artist who participated in the project of Capbreton. She has a diploma from the Ecole des arts appliqués Dupeyrés and has a concrete approach of the artistic issues. She usually works with “D'une ville à l'autre” as a color consultant, and designs the fourniture, the elements and signs in the different projects. Her intervention in the Allées Marines brought some poesy and revealed with the details the notion of the sea into the city.
