First-class innovation – Tianyue Jialing

  The design closely revolves around the "value mining" as the core of the scarce riverside resources and makes good use of the river landscape resources. The design consciously introduces a stream into the interior of the site, and uses the form of interior landscaping to realize the depth pursuit of the extended site to the river view. With the three acts of Jialing as the prelude, the Jialing River view is introduced into the design life to feel the harmonious scene of water and sky. Inside and outside the landscape, art and life collide here. People's longing for life along the river bank and owners' demands for the project perfectly coexist here.

Using Jialing as the shape and landscape as the meaning, after several times of drawing and refining, Tianyue Jialing is also being sublimated for many times to achieve the effect of both function and beauty. The overall space layout is fashionable, and the design of the lines is so sparse so that it finally becomes a good work.

As the spiritual building of the project, the frame looking up the moon is an integrated design built around the theme landscape. The irregular geometric form likes an artistic sculpture when looking for away, with a simple personality. When viewing it, it has the scattered decorative pattern in order to create a comfortable and light texture. In the design stage of the scheme, the process and material were basically determined. During the construction process, the accuracy and details of the process were constantly discussed.

The waterscape is the key point and difficult point of this project. The application of large area of water is a test of the construction technology: one is the anti-seepage problem of the waterscape, the second is the anti-alkali treatment, the third is the recycling of the pump waterscape, the fourth is the arc processing, and the fifth is the maintenance and management of the waterscape in the later period. In this project, these problems are solved perfectly, with good results.
