Rosa Barba Winner 1
Born Darmstadt, 1939. He graduated from the Technical University of Munich in 1964 and studied urban planning at the RWTH Aachen. Since 1965 he has worked with his wife Anneliese Latz as a landscape architect and town planner. Since 1983 he has occupied the chair of Landscape Architecture and Planning at the TU of Munich.
