IBA Parkstad began in 2013. From August 2021 to August 2022, the exhibition year of IBA Parkstad, IBA presents the projects that have already been realized or are in the process of being realized. In 2022, the IBA process does not end. The projects go through a dynamic process and continue to develop beyond 2022. The goal is for Parkstad to develop into a stronger and more resilient region. On June 24, 2016, IBA Parkstad presented the ambitious implementation program. This consists of 50 projects. Of those 50 projects, 15 projects were designated as key projects in the fall of 2017.
