Linaria is a non-profit association founded in 2011 by Michela Pasquali. It promotes the active transformation of shared urban spaces and fosters ecological practices aimed at enhancing biodiversity and developing a new model of sustainable urban gardening.
Linaria is composed of a multidisciplinary group of members, collaborators, and partners who share their expertise to design and implement urban regeneration projects that are concrete, effective, and capable of creating real opportunities for local communities and territories.
The association recognizes environmental, cultural, and natural diversity as essential resources for design. It works primarily with natural materials—soil, water, and plants—valuing their role in shaping balanced habitats and ecosystems and ensuring the responsible use of resources.
At the heart of Linaria’s mission is a strong social commitment: to support and encourage the exchange of stories, ideas, skills, and design solutions that are functional, sustainable, and inclusive.
