The Bang-Pa-In paper factory a state enterprise organization. It was an important historical icon of Thailand development in the 90s’ and used to generate more than 500 jobs and also provide some sport recreation spaces for local communities. Since the factory has been losing  their profit for more than 40 years and left abandon for the most part of the factory. This thesis proposed to redesign and renovate this place to be a creative park to revitalize the place and generate enough profit to be able to run their business to a new direction with new partners. Focusing on the possible potentials of the site, land restoration from polluted soil from paper making processes, and rapid growth of the Ayuthaya city. The site is planned to divide into four phases and to develop into two main zones as follows:

1.Creative zone, it is renovated from existing factory structures to be retail zone, art shops, galleries, exhibition halls, and flexible creative spaces managed for all year events.

2.Public  park zone, it is a recreation area for dining on the riverside restaurant, strolling along the river, fishing, learning about local people way of life and river bank ecosystems, playing sports, and learn about phytoremediation.

The design concept starts with the main axis of sequencing perception to create a story telling of the paper and the factory from the past to future,  Chao - Praya river represents important of water transportation in the past through series of installation arts inspired by paper properties and characteristics.
