Ideia VRD is an office specialised in the roads and utilities network. Richard Combes is one of the manager of Ideia, he accompanied the designers about the technical issues, ensured and coordinated the companies during the construction site. The group is situated in Cambo les Bains, near Capbreton, but it has an attach in the office of “D'une ville à l'autre ...” that allows a proximity during our meetings.
