Esposende is a territory that survives much of its coast, however, it remains unknown even to the habitants. The sea is a mark that stands out in this territory, its importance is not noticeable and much less "visible", as this element is portrayed only as a simple blue mantle. In this territory we are faced with a natural park that includes land and sea. Since only the land part is cataloged and characterized, showing what exists in this region to the population. In this way, the proposal of our work was to create a balance between this detailed information on the land and the lack of it in the maritime part, consequently making an articulator between these two interfaces. Our strategy was to build a structure that protects, preserves and enhances the maritime part, controlling the abusive fishing that exists on the site, maintaining biodiversity and creating new habitats there. In the terrestrial zone, enhance the points already exist, however, make a connection with new points created in the maritime part. Finally, we occupy the fort of S. João Baptista, which was abandoned, and we intended to build a research center there, which will function as a great articulator between this land and maritime part. It will serve as a place of studying of these areas and will fix the flaws in the characterization and awareness of the population of this very rich area that is the coast. With the purpose of praising what already exists and providing greater importance showing the real value of the great blue mantle.
